Year 6 Visit to Basildon Library

Year 6 enjoyed a fun and educational afternoon at Basildon library, dressed up in amazing character-themed outfits. The children took part in a workshop which saw them learn about all the different types of books at the library before being able to go round and read some of the fantastic books available. The second half of the afternoon was spent creating colourful and interesting bookmarks related to their History Topic area of 'World War 2'. Thanks Basildon library for having us!
